What is PhaseX?

Your organization’s initial Workday implementation is considered Phase 1. That’s how all Workday journeys start! Every project after your go-live is considered PhaseX. There’s so much work yet to be done, rather than count to infinity and beyond, post-production phases are bucketed into phase “X”. This stage is our specialty. Via projects, we help you build the Workday tenant of your dreams!

Why value-based pricing?

This is hot take... but we believe the time-and-materials pricing model belongs in the past for project-based work. We offer fixed fee, value-based pricing. With us, upfront, you’ll know your project’s timeline, cost, and veteran team members before you commit. You won’t have to worry about inflated timecards or risk paying top-dollar for junior-level work. The value-based model rewards excellence and efficiency, delivering what your organization truly wants—a well built Workday tenant.

Why projects, not AMS?

Projects, unlike AMS, have well-defined objectives and timelines. We spent years providing AMS at Workday Partners and found that projects unequivocally yield better outcomes for customers. We love the focus, accountability, and most of all, the measurable results that the project structure offers! While projects alone can’t replace AMS support entirely (sometimes, they actually can!), our Well Built projects do tend to reduce your need for AMS.
